it was disappointing that nothing was ready when I arrived at 6:15. I couldn't get breakfast, and the manager seemed unaware of how to set it up. The room was comfortable for a solo traveler, though.

In my wife’s opinion, the lack of effective communication from the staff about room changes for families was disappointing.

I encountered a very dirty room with toenail clippings everywhere. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, with hair in the tub and an empty Kleenex dispenser. The staff seemed more interested in socializing than taking care of guests, which left me feeling neglected. I expected much better for a hotel at this price.

The fitness center had decent equipment for a quick workout. The indoor swimming pool was okay, but I hoped for a hot tub. My king room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, alarm clock, and free toiletries. Cable channels were available for entertainment, and the toilet had enough toilet paper. Everything felt clean and neat.
